Although the lease desireable situation to be in, those in danger of being foreclosed upon and need to sell their house for less than is owed to the bank benefit from my expertise as a Loss Mitigation Certified professional.  As such, I know how to work with the banks to get them to accept less and save your credit.  Also, buying a bank owned property requires working with an agent that knows the risks and rewards and can help a home buyer make the right decision.
